With the arrangement Dr. Soe Soe Khaing (Rector), our university, UCS Monywa supported training for teachers with the title “Certificate in Leadership & Personal Development” by U Ye Pyae Thu, Taxila Institute on January 6th and 7th, 2019. In that training, U Ye Pyae Thu discussed ten topics such as “Introduction to Leadership”, “Right Decision Making”, “Professional Development I”, “Approach to Personal Development I”, “Self-Motivation and Confidence Building”, “Basic Steps for Successful Leadership”, “ Styles for Ethical Leadership”, “The Art of Public Speaking III”, “30 Million Presentations”, and “Researches”. After finishing the training, our rector, Dr. Soe Soe Khaing gave Honourable Certificate to U Ye Pyae Thu and Professor Dr. Zin War Tun gave memorable gifts to him. And then, we all together took group photos and the training was successfully finished..
